Weight loss and aging can cause sagging of the medial (inner) thigh skin. This can be uncomfortable when the skin rubs together (chaffing). A medial thigh lift is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the inner thighs.

It is often combined with liposuction to remove excess fat in the area.

The scar is hidden along the inner thigh, from the groin to the knee.

The procedure is carried out under general anesthesia.

Procedure time is approximately 3 hours, with a recovery time of 2 weeks.

A compression garment is worn for 4 weeks. Exercise may resume at 4-6 weeks.
